DELIVERY

What is the cost of delivery and do we benefit from free delivery from a certain purchase amount?

We offer free delivery for all orders of €400 or more in Metropolitan France. Otherwise, here are our standard prices:

  • Delivery to relay points in mainland France: €5
  • Home delivery via Colissimo in Metropolitan France: €8
  • For delivery within 24 hours, costs vary depending on La Poste services in Metropolitan France. These fees will be calculated at the time of payment and generally range between €14 and €17 for France.

What are the proposed delivery times?

Delivery times start from the order confirmation received by email. For orders placed before 2 p.m. GMT+1, delivery time is 2 working days. For those placed after 2 p.m. GMT+1, the deadline is 3 working days.

For deliveries in France and the Principality of Monaco:

  • Chronopost Express: delivery in 2 working days.
  • For delivery to Corsica: 2 working days also.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark, Sweden:

  • Fedex Express: delivery within 4 working days of your order.
  • For deliveries abroad, delivery times may vary from 5 to 10 days depending on your location in the world. We use delivery services such as La Poste, DHL or UPS.

In both cases, you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes. International delivery charges will be applied at checkout. We select the most advantageous delivery service among La Poste, DHL and UPS to guarantee the best available rate.

We work with several carriers for our shipments, including La Poste, DHL and UPS.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Do you accept exchanges and returns?

Yes, we accept exchanges and returns within 15 days of receipt of your order, except for alpaca items which are not returned or exchanged. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow this link.

When processing your return, please provide the following information:

  • Order number: you will find it in your order confirmation email
  • Your zip code, email address or phone number associated with the order
  • Some return options may require printing a label

Please note that returns are not free at this time. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the order.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

The processing time for your refund depends on the country you are returning your order from and the carrier you choose. Please consider these factors before contacting our customer service.

Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that it may take up to 7 days for your return to be processed after we receive your items. It will then take up to 5 additional days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Please note that during busy sales periods, these deadlines may be extended.

If you have not received confirmation of receipt of your return by email after 10 business days, please contact our customer service with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name and email address
  • Your return tracking number
  • A proof of shipment, such as a receipt

We will then endeavor to resolve your return request as soon as possible.

Can I exchange item(s)?

We currently do not offer an exchange service. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item to us first and then place a new order with the desired specifications.

What is your return policy ?

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return all EVENCES purchases for a full refund. This policy also applies to items on sale or purchased with a discount code. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must be free of any marks, hair or perfume.
  • Please note that returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been removed.

Currently we do not offer exchanges. If you would like an exchange, please return your original order and make a new purchase for the desired size or color.

We reserve the right to refuse returns shipped after the expiration of the 15-day period or for items returned in a condition different from that in which they were received. In such cases, returned goods will be sent back to the sender.

Can I wash my sweaters in the machine?

No, we recommend hand washing your sweaters inside out to preserve their quality. Use a natural detergent or Marseille soap, avoid classic detergents and softeners. After washing, dry them by placing them flat on a towel on a traditional drying rack, without wringing them out. To preserve the softness and shine of your sweaters, limit washing to once per season and air them regularly. Natural fibers are naturally deodorizing, and you'll find that your sweaters will stay soft and fluffy for a long time!

Tips for keeping your sweaters impeccable for a long time:

1. Maintain their freshness:Our knits, made of mohair, cashmere, merino and/or alpaca, are animal and protein fibers, self-cleaning and anti-odor. Air them regularly to keep them clean, soft and fluffy.

2. Hand wash:If you choose to wash your sweaters, wash by hand, in cold water, inside out, with a special wool detergent or natural soap. Avoid traditional fabric softeners and detergents. After washing, dry them flat on a towel in the shade, avoiding radiators and tumble dryers.

3. Wearing and storage:To avoid the appearance of pilling, minimize repetitive friction, for example with a backpack. If necessary, remove pilling with a comb, brush or your hands. For storage, fold your sweaters carefully and keep them flat in containers, with a specific moth spray. You can also add a sachet of dried lavender for a pleasant fragrance. Avoid hanging them on hangers and store them in a dry place, away from light.

Take care of your clothes so that they last over time and are passed down from generation to generation.
